Dear Martin, Janette & Staff.

Having decided to have an inground spa pool and timber deck put into our home we approached 4 various spa pool outlets to try and establish costs etc. To our surprise, we found there was not a lot of interest in wanting to get involved with an inground spa and timber deck. We had also decided on wanting a white spa pool and again we were lead to believe this would be fairly difficult as they did not carry them.

We finally ended up at Coast-Wide Pool and Spa Services, Fishermans Road, Maroochydore. After looking at spas etc and discussing with Martin what we had in mind, Martin spent a lot of time with us and made every effort to show us all the options available to us. To our surprise he also had white spa pools and was happy to give us a quote to build the deck and fit out as he is a registered master builder. we felt very confident with Martin's attitude and were also happy with the professional way the written quote was prepared.

We accepted Martin's quote and from the day work commenced we found all his staff very pleasant, helpful and obliging. All work was completed on time, and in accordance with our agreement and the follow up service has been excellent.

Being business owners ourselves we found their attitude made us feel at ease and comfortable with our decision to use their company.
